She says “Building relationships and keeping our customers updated on current products and services is my bread and butter. It is so rewarding to see a happy and valued customer, with all their business needs catered for.
I really enjoy talking to our customers, building relationships, and helping their business grow through using our products and services.”
When asked about her proudest moment at SCG South West, Melanie smiles,
“It was when we visited a customer on site. They had been struggling with their systems they but by working together, we were able to achieve their telephony goals.”
When you ask Melanie to identify her favourite SCG SW product or service, she comments
“It’s easy to choose! It has to be Evonex, this is our own brand, has versatility and is the star product, it makes my life much easier!”
