Enhanced Network Support is an enhancement to our standard support plans that will allow you to raise faults with your telephone lines or internet connectivity outside of normal support hours.
Benefits
Enhanced Network Support offers 24/7/365 cover for the network services we provide to you.
This means that outside of the standard support times of Mon-Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, you will be able to contact us to report any faults on your Analogue, ISDN2, ISDN30, SIP channels and connectivity products supplied by SCG South West.
Out-of-hours, our in-house team will be there to provide trouble-shooting support where we will endeavour to resolve the fault for you and where necessary, report to Openreach.
In addition, should an Openreach visit be required and this becomes chargeable, SCG South West will cover the cost in full.
Risks of not having it
In the event you don’t have Enhanced Network Support you will only be able to report network service issues during our standard working hours.
You will also be liable to cover the costs for any Openreach visits that become chargeable.
