Protective service to defend customer’s telephone systems and telephony network from call fraud, which is a large issue across SME’s in the UK.


The Groups commitment (and confidence in the product) to the customer is that once protected, if fraud occurs it will pay up to £10,000 as a credit against calls made via fraudulent activity on a VoiceSafe protected account.

Risks of not having it

Liable for potentially large associated costs derived from fraudulent calls, which can occur on repeated occasions and have driven some SME’s out of business.
