A bubbly go-getter in our Account Management Team, when Sharon Adams isn’t busy chatting to customers and planning fit-for-purpose account upgrades, you’ll find her driving our charitable fundraising with themed events and plenty of baking. Sharon is great at getting to the core of what a client needs, aligning it with technology that will work, ensuring exemplary feedback from our clients.

Introducing Sharon Adams

You might have spotted Sharon’s picture in our recent social media posts, as chief organiser of our both our Hope for Tomorrow Cuppa for Cancer Care fundraiser, and for our Coronation celebrations. She is entirely focussed on supporting our client base with their account needs, whether they’re looking for a service refresh, or are hoping to join Eurolink for the first time.

Chatting to Sharon about her impact for our customers, Sharon says “I always act with honesty and integrity, in the best interest of our clients. This means I am trusted, and clients value that I look beyond the initial enquiry to ensure that what they need is both possible, and suitable for their requirements.” It’s this that stands Sharon in good stead when it comes to client feedback, with her work described as ‘thorough’, ‘insightful’ and ‘relevant’.

When asked about her proudest moment at Eurolink, Sharon is true to her role stating “Obtaining my first order. This was a proud moment as I was completely new to this industry, however with structured on the job training, and a willingness to learn, I worked with my client in order bring the solution together.”

It naturally follows to ask what product Sharon loves the most and why? She says “I love that we are able to offer a complete solution. Connectivity, phones, mobiles, IT Support and implementing the whole infrastructure including networking and WiFi.” Sharon also loves the industry saying “I am a people person and very inquisitive by nature. I love learning about the businesses that I work with and have a genuine interest in what they do. My role allows me to talk to people at all levels in a variety of sectors. Telecoms and IT is a fast-paced industry and I enjoy learning about new products and how they can have a positive impact for my clients. No two days are ever the same. I also love the team that I work with. Everybody is on the same page at helping to bring our clients aspirations to fruition.”
